Hello Again
Privacy
Last updated November 3, 2026
Hello Again is run by Hello Merch (HELLO, LLC). This page covers what Hello Again itself keeps. Checkout and your Hello Merch account are covered by Hello Merch’s privacy policy.
What we keep
- Your account: your name, email and Hello Merch customer ID, from your Hello Merch login.
- Your profile: the handle and photo you choose. These are public.
- Listings: photos, descriptions and prices. These are public while the listing is up.
- Your ship-from address (and phone, if you add one): used only to work out shipping and make labels. Buyers don’t see it.
- Sales and orders: what sold, to which order, tracking and payouts. Buyers’ shipping addresses stay in Hello Merch’s system; the seller sees the address only to ship the item.
- Messages between buyers and sellers, reports, ratings and contact form messages.
- High-volume sellers: the legal name and phone you confirm. Sellers with $20,000 or more a year are shown to buyers by name and state, as the INFORM Consumers Act requires.
We don’t keep card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers. Hello Merch’s checkout (Shopify) handles payment, and Stripe handles identity checks, tax IDs and bank accounts for cash payouts.
Who we share it with
- Shopify (Hello Merch’s store): listings become products there, and orders, refunds and store credit run through it.
- Stripe: cash payouts and seller identity checks.
- EasyPost and the carrier: addresses and parcel details, to price shipping and make labels.
- Resend: to send emails about your sales, orders and messages.
- Vercel and Neon: where the site, its photos and its database are hosted.
We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies
Two cookies, both needed for the site to work: one keeps you logged in, and one remembers your cart. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your choices
- Edit your handle, photo and ship-from address on your Account page, and take listings down any time.
- To get a copy of your information or have your account deleted, contact us. We keep sales and payout records as long as the law requires (for example for taxes).
